SCAT will be changing service and routes starting June 5

We’re updating multiple routes and schedules on #SRQCountyTransit to better serve the community. Here’s what’s coming.

SCAT’s most popular routes (6, 12, 17, 33, 99 and the Siesta Key Breeze) will operate with only a few schedule changes.

Modifications of routes and schedules for fixed routes 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15 and 30.

Elimination of fixed routes 1A, 4, 11, 16, 18, 23, 26, 28, 40 and 100.

Where fixed routes will be removed, a new curb-to-curb service called OnDemand by Sarasota County will be offered in North Port, Englewood/Venice, Longboat/Lido and Siesta Key.
