Suncoast: Home catches fire, due to an electrical issue with a multi-plug strip

A fire in a home in the 3500 block of Harbor Blvd. Wednesday evening has displaced a family of five.
The fire started around 5:30 pm and was contained to one room. The rest of the home has heavy smoke damage.
It appears the cause of the fire was accidental due to an electrical issue in multi-plug strip where a window ac unit was in use.
Battalion 2A was in command of the scene. Engines 1A, 2A, 8A, Truck 2A, Rescue 1A and Captain 2 all responded.
