***PLS RT: MISSING ENDANGERED MAN*** Detectives are asking for the public’s help to locate Jefferson W. Brougher, DOB 04/26/33, of Sarasota. Brougher is a white male, 5’7’’ tall, 160 lbs., has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen with his former caregiver Tomiko Whitaker.

 

Whitaker is a black female, born 05/13/66. She and Jefferson may be traveling in Whitaker’s vehicle, a black Honda HRV, with Indiana plates bearing the tag BN4827. They may be heading to Indiana.
