While there is a plethora of potential puns and giggles to go around here, stealing is no joke. We all pay! This is serious stuff here folks! No laughing!
Recently, an unknown white male, mid-20’s and approximately 5’08-510, 220 pounds, tucked and took golf balls from Dick’s Sporting Goods here in North Port. The subject was observed walking between display racks and concealing six boxes of 12-count golf balls into his waistband. That’s right, six boxes! Worth hundreds of dollars. The subject passed all points of sale and exited the store, ultimately failing to pay for the items stowed in his shorts.
