A-T-V. April Trespassing Violators month. NPPD will be out enforcing property rights in the Yorkshire, Raintree, and North Port Estates areas throughout the month of April….and beyond really. We see a lot of illegal off-road riding on other people’s land. Please consider utilizing your own property or property you have permission to be on. We do have a large property owner in the Yorkshire area who wants the trespassing laws applied. Apparently they’re tired of the liability, people tearing it up, and leaving a bunch of junk behind. Go figure! Fun fact, you also can’t hunt, camp, or dump debris on someone else’s property.
