Suncoast woman is arrested for DUI manslaughter after a crash that took a 21-year-olds life on 75 in Venice

Olivia Hernandez was arrest for a crash that occurred in December on 75.  She was driving the wrong way and crashed her car, which killed a 21-year-old and injured another in Sarasota County.   The crash occurred near the Jacaranda exit in Venice.
