Suncoast: Police would like to talk to this man in reference to an arson investigation

We are attempting to locate this individual in reference to an arson investigation. The incident took place on February 18th around 7:47pm at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Port Charlotte.
On the same evening at the Los Mariachis Bar and Grill, an Ancheer motorized bicycles (pictured) was reported stolen at approximately 9pm.
Video surveillance from both the Microtel and Los Mariachis appears to capture the same individual removing the victims bicycle (which was chained to a drainpipe) from the side of the restaurant.
