Nokomis man with a history of arrest from fondling to indecent exposure, is arrested once again

This is not Elvo’s first run in with the law, when it comes to exhibition.  He has the following arrest:

• 2014 EX OFFENSE AGAINST CHILD FONDLING-EXHIBITION BY PERSON OVER 18 YOA
• A couple months later in 2014 – INDECENT EXPOSURE-IN PUBLIC
• 2018 INDECENT EXPOSURE-IN PUBLIC DISORD CONDUCT
• 2019 SEX OFFENSE AGAINST CHILD FONDLING-EXHIBITION BY PERSON OVER 18 YOA
  SEX OFFENSE AGAINST CHILD FONDLING-EXHIBITION BY PERSON OVER 18 YOA
• 2020 INDECENT EXPOSURE IN PULIC

This arrest was made by the VPD at his home in Nokomis.
