Suncoast woman in a drunken state of mind slams into a school bus

Kelly Atkinson is in some trouble today, after she slammed into a school bus yesterday on Edgewater Dr and Gardner Dr.
Well, it goes beyond just slamming into the bus, which is bad enough by itself. According to the CCSO, Kelly took off from the scene. The CCSO found her in the parking lot of the local Super Matt.
The officers asked her how she damaged her Camaro and she basically asked them “what damage”. After seeing the bottle of alcohol, the officers put her through a variety of sobriety test, which she failed. She was booked for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
