Two Suncoast men arrested for possessing child pornography

Normally arrest like this are due to the individual going on the web or normally the dark web to look at child porn.  While doing this, a federal agency will pick up their IP address and send the information to the local law enforcement.  They will conduct an investigation and if necessary, make an arrest.  Not sure if that is what happened in both cases, but if I were a betting man, I would bet on it. 🙂
