North Port will be hosting their ULDC second draft public workshop

The City’s Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) contains regulations that govern how land is developed in North Port. For the past two years, the City of North Port has been diligently working on amendments to the City’s ULDC. These changes are intended to make the ULDC much more user-friendly, consolidated document.

 

After numerous workshops and community outreach meetings we are near the finish line in completing this project. As the City moves forward with the second draft of the ULDC, citizen input is critical.
The ULDC Second Draft Public Workshop will be held on January 13, 2021 from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm. You can join the meeting at https://bit.ly/3rSIPTf and submit questions to [email protected].

Please understand, although this is the second draft there are still areas that staff is working on to complete. One or More North Port City Commissioners and Advisory Board members may be in attendance.
