Englewood Search Warrant Leads to 3 Arrests and DCF Involvement – Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office

On Tuesday, January 26, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit executed a legal search warrant at 10060 Bay Ave. in Englewood, FL. The residence was inhabited by 3 adults: Michael Christopher Brown, Matthew Lyle Weber, and Alexis Dorine Earhart, as well as a young child.
Throughout the multi-bedroom home, a variety of narcotics and paraphernalia were located. These include over 35g of methamphetamine, 1.2 g of fentanyl/heroin mixed, an additional 1.7g of heroin, pills identified as Carisoprodol and Hydromorphone, an acid tab, cannabis cigarettes, THC wax paper, multiple smoking devices with residue, and more. 1.1g of the methamphetamine was located in a pink bag containing the juvenile’s clothing.
The investigation led to all three adults being arrested and a call to the Department of Children and Families (DCF) for the child.
