North Port:  Heated argument between family members leads to shots being fired

Shots fired!  That is what we heard yesterday in North Port, after a family dispute led to a gun being fired.  It happened early on Wedensday when two brothers and their mother were in some heated disputed.   The brother that fired the gun was detained, but the gun has not been retrieved.  The firing may have been legal, since firing a gun on private property is legal in North Port.

Ishmael was arrested for domestic battery.
