North Port: Operation November Rain, brought about a rainy day for some individuals that are connected to drug related activity
NPPD
When you think you’re getting away with it, the clouds are just gathering. During the past several months the Detectives with the Special Investigations Unit, and officers with the Special Enforcement Team conducted “Operation November Rain”. The focus of the operation was concentrated on enforcing drug related crimes occurring within the City of North Port. Cases were built over this period of time and arrest warrants were sought for the defendants. During the week of November 16, 2020 members of the Special Operation’s Division sought out and arrested these subjects. The photos provided depicts nearly a dozen individuals who have been found to be selling harmful drugs such as cocaine, MDMA, methamphetamine, Hydromorphone, Fentanyl, and Dilaudid. These are hardcore drugs impacting the lives and safety of our community. Additionally a handful of individuals now face charges for possession of these harmful drugs.
This should be a warning to anyone thinking about selling or carrying drugs in the City of North Port. We know who you are. Once we have our case solidified, you will be hearing from us. No matter what month it is.
