Venice: Help me find the man that that punched a young lady at Linksters on Friday 9.25.20

Witnesses to a hate crime that occurred outside Linksters in Venice this past Friday just past 11pm. The perpetrator was a 25 y/o male weighing roughly 300 lbs with brown hair. The victim a 23 y/o 105 lb blonde female. The perpetrator was verbally threatening, blocked her path to safety and threw a right hook punch to the side of victim’s head. It is also believed he kicked her right leg. This person has a record but police are unable to pursue the case unless there is a witness. The female suffered a concussion and bruising to the lower extremity.
