Parents file a suit against the Sarasota County School board and their decision to mandate mask through June of 2021

As I reported a few days ago, many parents are not happy with the school districts mask mandate, which was extended through June of 2021.

Well after the 3-2 vote to mandate mask by the Sarasota County School Board, some parents followed through with their threat to file suit against the school board. You may remember they were taking up collections for the suit via a gofundme account.

They brought the suit believing that as parents they have the sole right to decide for their children and to decide what is in the best interest of their child, not the community. I have included a copy of the suit below.e lawsuit below.
