Liberal Politicians, Journalists and Blue Check Marks Thought Trump Meant Actual “Coyotes” Are Smuggling Children Across The Border

After President Trump said “coyotes” are smuggling children coming across America’s southern border, liberals hit the internet to show off their lack of knowledge when it comes to illegal immigration.

“These children are brought here by coyotes and lots of bad people, cartels, and they used to use them to get into our country,” Trump told debate moderator Kristen Welker.

A Democrat state representative and lawyer from Georgia thought Trump said actual coyotes, like the animal, have dragged over 500 kids across the border.

“How the hell does a coyote bring a whole human across the border?! Lord—–stop talking,” Dar’shun Kendrick wrote on Twitter.

Liberal anti-gun activist and current Harvard student David Hogg said Trump using the term “coyotes” is xenophobic.

Below is a collection of more uninformed Twitter users criticizing Trump for accurately saying coyotes are smuggling children who aren’t theirs into America.

DHS Press Secretary Chase Jennings addressed the issue of coyotes trafficking children in a tweet on Wednesday.

He wrote, “In the current litigation, for example, out of the parents of 485 children whom Plaintiffs’ counsel has been able to contact, they’ve yet to identify a single family that wants their child reunited with them in their country of origin.”
