Suncoast: Search Warrant Leads to 5 Arrests on Drug Charges – Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office

On September 29, 2020, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, with the assistance of SWAT and other ancillary units, executed a lawful search warrant at 15524 Lime Dr. in Punta Gorda.  As a result of this search, 5 individuals were arrested and charged as follows:

 

 

Heather Vernacatola (DOB 7/10/1968)

Opium or Derivative Sched I or II – Sell
Drug Paraphernalia – Possession or Use Of
Possess Cocaine
Possess Controlled Substance without Prescription

 

Gregory Bores (DOB 4/15/1965)

Opium or Deriv Sched I or II – Sell
Drug Paraphernalia – Possession or Use Of
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Possess Cocaine

 

Nicholas Bores (DOB 9/10/1993)

Drug Paraphernalia – Possession or Use Of

 

Ryan Szuba (DOB 8/20/1976)

Drug Paraphernalia – Possession or Use Of
Possess Controlled Substance without Prescription

 

 

Peggy Ford (DOB 7/11/1982)

Drug Paraphernalia – Possession or Use Of
