Governor DeSantis Announces phase 3 for restaurants, no longer having capacity limits

The Governor announced that restaurants can increase or change capacity from 50% to no limitation on capacity (phase 3) effective immediately.  If local municipalities try to restrict this, they have to justify the restrictions to the state. All pending fines or penalties for not social distancing and other reasons are suspended.
Pubs and bars can go beyond 50% as long as there are no local concerns.

Governor to have an age specific strategy going forward. Since opening up schools, parks, ect all the numbers are down from hospitalizations to ED visits. More people have been put back to work and school, with the indicators steadily dropping in our favor.

Gov. states football stadium capacity is decided by the league and not the state. They can have as many fans as they want. Concerns, we are a go and he sees no issue because the state is not seeing a large scale spread of the virus in outdoor activities.

Believes the state should prepare for a second wave, but we have not seen it yet and it may not happen. The virus does not go away, even with a vaccine. They will continue to focus on folks that are at risk, such as the elderly and those with compromised immune systems. Right now the hospital bed capacity is at 24% and is much lower than when the pandemic began.
