Watch: Two acre brush fire near SR 776 is now under control

Sharing this video of a small brush fire shot by Julie Cormier and shared by Erika Jackson WINK News. The fire was called in about 7:20 pm. It burned about two acres in the Tippecanoe Environmental Park off El Jobean Road. We had some trouble accessing the area where the fire was burning because it was burning on the park property.

We currently do not have any information on the cause of the fire.
C-Shift Engines 2, 3, 4, 8, 15, and Brush 8 worked the fire with Battalion 2 in command.
