Suncoast woman arrest after coughing on individuals at the beach and spitting on a Code Enforcement Officer
By Francesco Abbruzzino, Publisher, The Scoop
Angie Prater finds herself in a bit of hot water, after a day at the beach. It is not the day at Holmes Beach that got her in trouble, it was the fact that she thought in her infinite wisdom that it would be a good idea to cough on individuals. Probably not a wise decision with the whole coronavirus thing going on…………
Apparently this all came about over a picnic table. Angie was not happy that other individuals wanted to use the same picnic table as her, so she began the coughing fit. Code Enforcement tried to calm everybody down, but were finding no joy. That would be about the time that Angie decided to spit on the back of the officer. Probably about as bad of an idea as coughing on people.
Angie was arrested and charged for aggravated assault and battery of an officer.
