Officers are on scene of two stolen vehicles where the drivers fled on foot into a wooded area off Plantation Blvd and Panacea Blvd. One driver is in custody. Air 1 and K9 are on scene. A transformer was struck by one of the stolen vehicles, which caused power outages. FPL and NPFD are on scene.
