Halting evictions could have long term effects on economy – FOX4
I talked with my wife about this the other day. Will these individuals be able to pay four months worth of rent or mortgage? Based upon my conversations with individuals, no they will not. Then the domino effect kicks in when home owners or landlords can’t pay the banks and the banks financials are negatively impacted. Will the politicians call for another bank bailout? The financial impact all around will be felt for years. Renters will be without a home, homeowners/investors will be without a home, and the banking institutions will be a financial mess. Francesco
