Belligerent teens harassing an elderly homeless man in Venice
Please keep anonymous: While walking our dogs, my husband and I witnessed approx 5 belligerent and disrespectful teenage boys on bikes harassing a elder “homeless man” also on a bike. It was 10 pm tonight , Sat 7/25, in S Venice heading east on Shamrock just past Ginger rd toward 41. . Parents: please teach your children to be respectful and pray that karma is kinder to them than they were to the homeless man..
