He was last seen wearing a black, men’s tank top with white over the shoulders; blue shorts with yellow and white trim; and gray loafers. He has a white goatee and mustache and may be wearing glasses. Mr. Sanchez may walk with a shuffling gait and act reserved. He may be traveling in a 2009, red Hyundai Sonata, FL tag number 0620VN. The rear window has old, bubbling tint. There is an eagle on the rear, license plate frame.
