Incident Description
City crews discovered a manhole cover came off during the very hard rains in the area. Approximately 300 gallons were released, some entered a storm drain which discharges to Sarasota Bay. Approximately 150 gallons were recovered. The affected area was disinfected with lime. Samples will be taken.
