Hillsborough County to defend mask order after lawsuit is filed | WFLA
Not the Suncoast, but I am posting to show the challenge that many entities will have mandating a mask. One of the reasons our Governor has not mandated them is the problematic issue of enforcing an unconstitutional mandate. Personally I think the counties and cities should stay out of it and leave it to the businesses to decided if they want unmasked consumers in their business. As it is, many of these entities will be facing what many experts are calling unwinnable lawsuits and the tax payers will be hit with the bill. – Francesco
