City of North Port is giving away from (non n95) mask this Tuesday

Great news for our community. The Department of Health and Human Services has given 22,000 masks to the City of North Port for distribution to our residents. These masks are NOT N95 masks. They are cloth face coverings. The general public can pick up their free cloth masks (limit 10 per vehicle) at Station 81, 4980 City Center Blvd., on Tuesday, June 16, from 3-5 p.m.

We’ll also be giving these out at different locations around town over the next few weeks. If you’re an Islandwalk resident, we’ll be in your neighborhood today at your event center. Stay tuned for future locations.
