BOLO for 58-year-old Theresa Williams. Ms. Williams is a white female, approximately 5’3”, and about 180 lbs. She was last seen by neighbors a day or two ago in her apartment complex (Willow Creek Apartments in North Port). Her mother has not heard from her in a couple days.
