Increase in Restaurant and retail capacity. Open gyms all on Monday 5.18.20

The Governor’s conference on moving into a full phase 1 on Monday 5.18.20:

* Gyms will reopen. Respect social distancing. Sanitize machine after use.

* Restaurants. Operate up to 50% capacity indoor.

* Retail. Operate up to 50% capacity.

* Library and museum at 50% capacity

* Continued vigilance w long term care facilities.

* With the opening in Phase 1, fewer cases coming in. Most cases are in prison or elderly care homes.
