All 16 beaches in Sarasota County now have red tide notification signs posted. Current conditions include fish kills and respiratory irritation. Due to the current conditions at the beaches, signage was posted on July 13.

There are no red tide cleanup operations scheduled for July 13, but staff continues to monitor and evaluate each beach daily for the effects of red tide.
